Core Training The Ab BlastDue to popular demand and used by some clients as their second weekly session, we can provide a 30 min programme working solely on your abdominal area. Arguably the most common area of the body for which we are asked to prescribe exercise.

For many clients the desire to train the abdominal muscles is aesthetically driven; a flat stomach or wanting to achieve the ‘6 pack’, for others good abdominal strength/ endurance and tone may be essential for a particular sport or perhaps you have been advised to train the muscles to aid in rehabilitation or prevention of back problems.

Guys please note a ‘6 pack’ is greatly influenced by the individuals level of body fat. If your abdominals are well conditioned and your body fat is reduced there's a good chance that the abdominals will appear more defined – so we may have to limit the cream cakes on this one!
