We appreciate that many older adults find the gym environment intimidating and this is why many of our existing clients opt for one of our trainers to visit them in the comfort of their own home. Should you have a health condition that you are concerned about we would be happy to explain how we can adapt you training programme accordingly.
We will then design an exercise programme for you to enable you to achieve those results. We will monitor your progress and should we need to, we will adapt your training programme accordingly.
