2. Core Training - The Ab Blast: Due to popular demand and used by some clients as their second weekly session, we can provide a 30 min programme working solely on your abdominal area. Arguably the most common area of the body for which we are asked to prescribe exercise.

3. Training the More Mature Client: Exercise can benefit you regardless of your age! Ageing is associated with many chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, osteoarthritis, diabetes, obesity and respiratory disorders. Regular exercise can not only reduce the risk of getting many of these diseases but also:

4. Nutrition: Nutrition has a greater effect on how you think, feel and how you perform than you might think. Alas it follows the same rule as exercise in so much as there is no "one" solution for everyone. Finding the balance of food types and quantities to keep you energized to allow you to control your weight.

5. Post Natal: As all mothers know the post natal period can be a difficult and a life changing time. Regular structured activity can be low on the list of priorities however new mothers can benefit from exercise in many ways including weight loss, improved image, increased energy and stamina levels and increased self confidence.
